Haus + Co Projekt management GmbH

Founded in 1995 and based in Heidelberg, Haus+Co Projektmanagement GmbH is a fully owned subsidiary of the Weidenhammer-Gruppe-Heidelberg. In addition to upmarket housing, another focus lies on restructuring and repositioning commercial properties. Haus+Co was responsible for the development of the Eichendorff-Forum in Heidelberg as well as for the new industrial park Hockenheim-Talhaus in the former SÜBA area, both in the metropolitan Rhein-Neckar area. Currently, the biggest projects of Haus+Co are the revitalization of the 10 hectare-strong Schütte-Lanz area in Brühl as well as the 6 hectare industrial area “Holfelder Wellpappe” in Wiesloch.
